House Furniture Ltd. We are a specialist internet retailer who
have been successfully running since 1998. We bring you the best quality
at the lowest prices because we keep our overheads and our margins
low.

Delivery
To ensure you get the best possible delivery of the goods you purchase, we have a UK-wide network of highly trained, professional delivery drivers and assistants.
All orders over £300 will be delivered free. Orders under £300 are
subject to a delivery charge of £25. This covers the cost of delivery
anywhere within the mainland UK (England, Scotland, Wales),
but does not cover delivery to Ireland, the Channel Islands or any
of the Scottish Isles. For delivery prices to these locations, please

Who delivers our goods?
We use a number of large and small experienced home delivery companies
depending on the location withing the UK.
Returns
4Futons offers a full 7 day money back guarantee on
all futons. If you don't like the product for any reason within 7 days
of receipt, simply return the product to us in it's original and unused
condition and in its original packaging and we will refund the full
purchase price (excluding delivery). Note: Due to hygiene and health
issues we cannot accept returned futons if they have been slept on.
Data Security
We take security of your personal data and credit card details very
seriously. We use the secure server software (SSL) which is amongst
the best technology available. It encrypts all personal data including
Credit Card details and telephone numbers. In addition, we store the
data on a stand-alone server in an encrypted format.
